Job Description
Position Summary:
The Proposal Specialist is responsible for the bidding process regarding complex issues including IT services, solutions, design or manufacturing services. You will manage the bidding process from initial contact through contract signing, with emphasis on establishing the trading terms. You will validate and endorse the technical solution and signs off on bids and proposals..



You will report to the Manager, Proposal Development, North America and have a hybrid schedule working based at our branch office in Monterrey - MEX.
Your Responsibilities:
Must be capable of multi-tasking, planning and delegating when possible in order to meet customer established timelines for approved project pursuits. This would include creating accurate budgetary ROMs with-in working days of opportunity identification including entire scope.
Work with sales and channel (distributors) to strategize on opportunities as well provide input to increasing successes through the Win Strategy process.
Support by contributing to training classes for the channel teams and Regional Proposal Specialists to increase their abilities to handle standard product quotes themselves, leaving only the most complex for the Proposal Development Team.
