Where You’ll Make a Difference
Manage customer orders, including domestic, export, and consignment orders, ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) requirements and company policies
Execute order-to-cash activities including order entry, order confirmation, invoice issuance, order follow-up,



and delivery coordination
Process credit notes, debit notes, and customer-related order adjustments as required
Coordinate customer complaints, service cases, and order-related issue resolution activities
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
Build strong partnerships with customers, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and other internal stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support key performance indicators (KPIs) within the Order-to-Cash process
Support internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with operational procedures and documentation requirements
Monitor, prepare, and analyze order fulfillment metrics and support training activities for new and existing Customer Service Representatives
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Minimum 4 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Order M
