Purpose of Role
Support the Upper School team in the coordination of academic and administrative processes, contributing to the efficient operation of the division and a positive learning experience for students. Actively participate in projects related to student support, school events, communication, academic organization, and daily administrative activities while developing professional skills aligned with your academic background and work experience.
ISP Intern HR Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including posting job openings, reviewing candidates, and coordinating interviews. Collaborate on the organization and follow-up of training and development programs. Keep Human Resources documentation and databases up to date. Participate in initiatives related to employee well-being, organizational culture, and engagement.
