- Provide guidance for photographers, providing feedback, and training to ensure consistent high-quality work.
- Set performance goals, conduct regular performance evaluations, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Plan and coordinate product photography shoots, ensuring the efficient utilization of resources, equipment, and talent.
- Direct and oversee the photography process, including concept development, lighting, composition, and post-processing, to achieve desired outcomes.
- Maintain a consistent visual style and quality across all product images and promotional materials.
- Manage and maintain photography equipment, studio facilities,



and related resources to ensure smooth operations and optimal output quality.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and equipment, recommending necessary upgrades or investments as needed.
- Oversee the editing and retouching of images, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established guidelines.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and marketing teams to integrate photography assets into various marketing channels and campaigns.
- Manage multiple photography projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within established deadlines and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and agencies as necessary to execute photography initiatives effectively.

Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,800.00 per day
