Analyst, Payroll Tax ensures company compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws. This role manages end-to-end tax compliance, reconciles accounts, files returns, and oversees third‐party payroll processors to mitigate financial risk.
Oversee tax filings: Partner with our third‐party provider to ensure precise federal, state and local quarterly and annual filings. Lead year‐end processing: drive the balancing, auditing and execution of year‐end W-2 and W-2c forms.
Research, resolve and respond to tax notices, penalty assessments,



and amendments
Prepares and carries out initial investigations into company and individual tax issues
Execute monthly and quarterly accounting routines
Maintain understanding of payroll compliance issues
Manage tax issues (using ADP Smart Compliance)
Provide audit support
Support ad hoc data requests
Maintain internal controls for payroll team
Bachelor's degree in related field from an accredited university or equivalent experience accepted
Minimum 5 years' experience in payroll tax, payroll processing or payroll accounting
Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Good quantitative, analytical, conceptual and planning skills
Highly skilled with computer software including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Fluent in English language/submit all resumes in English
