- Provides programs and buying orders to providers according to the agreed method, and based on the individual characteristics of every supplier, material, or demand behavior.




- Inspects and responds to the messages and MRP information generated by JDE when required.
- Establish alongside the Purchasing Manager, the procurement method with the providers.
- Prepares, calculates, and reports to the department manager PPV of raw material.
- Monitors the discrepant material disposition and execution as needed in all its codes.
- Utilizes the Electronic Device Master Record System (EDMS) to inspect component specifications.
- Responsible for the complete process from buying planning until corresponding payment for every one of its assigned part numbers or raw materials.
- Provides information to be utilized in MRB meetings as required.
- Participates in Cost Savings Improvement Programs.
- Participation in the supply chain process improvement.
- Supports Customs with NAFTA programs.
- Establishes and maintains inventory appropriate levels.
- Ensures the arrival in time of material, optimizing freight costs.
