About the role:
This is an opportunity to join to nearshore production hub in Mexico as Content Manager — owning the quality assurance function for a high-volume, AI-augmented creative production studio embedded with a leading healthcare education institution.





Based in Mexico you'll be responsible for ensuring every piece of content that leaves the studio is accurate, brand-compliant, technically correct, and free of error before it reaches the client. In a studio producing at the velocity delivers our client quality assurance is not a final checkpoint — it is a designed-in system. You will build and own that system.

- Lead and develop the studio's delivery function — establishing quality standards, review checklists, and brand compliance frameworks across all content types and channels
