Job Summary:
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Management Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus

The Program Management Manager role involvesresponsible to leading a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer projects through inception, pricing, development, and manufacturing, providing value to the business unit and Customer.

What a typical day looks like:
- Be the key channel of communication for Customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
- Demonstrate advance operations, technical skills as well as knowledge in process technologies.
- Ability to analyze technical & financial reports and effectively present to internal & external customers.
- Coordinate with CFT, necessary actions for target compliance.
- Provide Support for contract negotiations and prices definition.




- Coordinate Product Life cycle of new Programs and assure the proper alignment to Launch cost and P&L; projections

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor´s Degree in Administration or related.
- Experience in similar position with experience in Electronics Industry
- BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience
- Focused on NPI's
- Knowledge in the electronic manufacturing operation (processes, test, industrial engineering)
- Strong communication skill (English and Spanish)
- P&L; administration & Quotations
- Microsoft Office
- Experience with CFT
- Experience with demanding clients
- Customer Service experience
- Project Management experience
- People management
- MBA & PMP certification is also a plus
- PMP certification)
