How You’ll Make an Impact
- Manage a portfolio of service delivery orders, including engineering reports, electrical models, and technical analyses, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and delivery timelines.
- Track and manage multiple concurrent deliverables to ensure deadlines and service levels are met while maintaining visibility over delivery performance, timelines, and quality.
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables and monitor progress without performing technical work.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing status updates and ensuring effective communication throughout the delivery process.
- Escalate delays, risks, or blockers impacting deliverables and drive resolution to support on-time execution.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery execution and efficiency through proactive oversight, performance monitoring, and process optimization

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field,



with a minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or service delivery.
- Advanced English proficiency is a critical requirement for this role, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with general stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent technical deliverables and coordinating effectively with engineering or technical teams.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and execution-tracking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Effective stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and issue-resolution capabilities, including proactive identification and management of delivery challenges.
- Preferred qualifications include experience in wind energy, power systems, or electrical engineering environments; PMP, IPMA, or equivalent certification; experience with engineering reports, modeling, or
