Compensation:
- First 3 Months:$6.00 per hour:
- After Successful Completion of 3 Months:$8.00 per hour:
- Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Spanish-Speaking Payroll Lead with extensive QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience to oversee payroll processing for our growing team.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Minimum 3 years of payroll processing experience.:
- Strong experience using QuickBooks Online (QBO).:
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home office.
Preferred:
- Spanish-speaking or bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Experience processing payroll for U.S.based companies.
- Familiarity with payroll compliance, employee deductions, and payroll reporting.
