Key Responsibilities

The Recruiter will be responsible for, but not be limited to:
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers, human resources, and sales teams to understand business needs and align talent acquisition strategies accordingly.

Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the hiring process to ensure a diverse talent pipeline.
- Market Intelligence:Stay up to date on industry trends, talent market insights, and competitive benchmarking to inform hiring strategies. Share this knowledge with the team to enhance collective understanding and decision-making.

“Make It About We”: Work on projects that may be assigned on an ad hoc basis and may assist other corporate initiatives as necessary, directed, assigned, or requested.

Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience across multiple functions and seniority levels required
- Healthcare IT or healthcare industry recruiting experience strongly preferred




- Deep understanding of talent market trends and best practices in recruitment
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
- Expertise in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms (e.g. LinkedIn or similar), and other recruitment tools-
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance in talent acquisition
- Post-secondary education preferred or additional years of experience in lieu of a degreeCompetencies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Driven to move quickly and motivated to win
- Demonstrated ability to balance urgent, short-term needs with strategic, long-term priorities
