You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams - including Product, Data Science, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and CX- to launch new initiatives, analyze business performance, and help shape the future of the driver experience. Role Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the design and execution of driver loyalty and engagement initiatives.
- Supporting the development of loyalty benefits and incentive programs while analyzing their performance and business impact.
- Collaborating with Product, Marketing, CX, Marketplace, BI, Data Science, Finance, and Operations teams to strengthen the value proposition for drivers.
