As an Optima Solutions Logistics, Controlling & Analysis Specialist, you will coordinate and supply materials to main automotive Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) manufacturing sites. This includes all aspects of material planning and coordination to ensure the availability of materials that meet customer production requirements.

You will report to Optima Solutions Site Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Work within a large process team, coordinating logistics and supply chain activities and collaborating with other members of the service and paint team.
- Work with the customer to assess projected demand and long-term forecasting, and coordinate material needs for all products supplied to the customer.
- You will coordinate all product deliveries to the customer's site.
- Ensure the customer can always meet their manufacturing plan with material on-site.
- Manage stock levels, ensuring there is no accumulation of obsolete material.
- Coordinate material run-down and organize the introduction of new materials.
- Can analyze on monthly consumptions and cost-per-unit trends, presente vs.



planned usage, and usage by model.
- Help manage customer billing and invoicing systems.
- Implement continuous improvement planning for material usage on-site.
- Understand the relationship between historical and future builds concerning material forecasting.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Experience in planning and scheduling, including working knowledge of MRP/SAP/EDI systems
- Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
- Proficiency in the use of BI tools
- Fluent English
- Work in site
