About the role
As a Senior Value Stream Manager (VSM), you will lead end-to-end manufacturing operations within a defined production unit, acting as a mini‑operations leader. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, and cost, while driving continuous improvement and innovation.



You will play a key role in aligning production strategies with business goals and delivering results that directly impact customer satisfaction and plant performance.

Key Responsibilities
- As a Senior Value Stream Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading daily manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards and production targets
- Driving cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement projects aligned with Lean Manufacturing principles
