About the role
The Production Supervisor (temporary role through October) is responsible for leading assembly and sub-assembly production lines, ensuring compliance with production schedules while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. This role plays a key part in supporting short-term operational needs and customer commitments,



driving performance through effective team leadership and continuous improvement initiatives in a high-volume, high-mix manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Production Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for:
- Supervise production personnel in assembly and sub-assembly lines
- Ensure compliance with daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
- Monitor KPIs such as efficiency, scrap, downtime, and productivity
- Coordinate line startups, model changeovers, and operational troubleshooting
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, SMED)
- Conduct time and motion studies to optimize manufacturing processes
- Balance production lines and improve operational capacity
- Coordinate corrective actions derived from quality issues
- Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and proper use of PPE
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, logistics, and engineering teams
