FOR EXPANSION:
_ Architecture IT Manager (SAP)_

Location: Puebla (On site)

_ The Challenge:_

To be the lead ERP solution architect. It will lead, shape, and deliver the appropriate technology solutions utilising SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and SAP SuccessFactors, and contribute to the delivery of the Group IT Strategy.

_ Key Roles and Responsabilities:_
- Provide functional and technical leadership and guidance throughout the lifecycle of the ERP transformation
- Co-lead the ‘SAP Design Authority’ - working alongside our delivery and support partner(s).
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business functions to define future-state architecture.

_ What We're Looking For:_
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Full professional English
- SAP experience

_ Experience and Skills:_
- Operating in an international environment
- More than five years in previous design/architecture roles
- Ability to lead teams and resources in a matrix structure
- A strong focus on ‘cloud’ technologies, preferably AWS
