Your Role:
- Monitor and respond to platform alerts and production incidents in Unix/Linux environments.
- Troubleshoot system issues and execute recovery actions to restore services quickly.
- Coordinate with resolver teams and stakeholders to resolve operational incidents.
- Maintain operational documentation, support records, and shift handover notes.
- Escalate recurring or complex issues and contribute to platform stability improvements.

Your Profile:
- 2-5 years of experience supporting Unix/Linux environments.
- Hands-on experience with Red Hat, Ubuntu,



or CentOS administration and troubleshooting.
- Strong command-line skills and knowledge of Linux operating systems.
- Understanding monitoring tools, alert management, and incident response processes.
- Basic networking knowledge and familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, and Problem Management).

Nice to Have
- Experience supporting production environments in a 24/7 operations model.
- Knowledge of shell scripting (Bash).
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience with automation or configuration management tools.
- Familiarity with enterprise monitoring solutions.
