About the role:
The Technician IC will provide technical and clinical support for Interventional Cardiology procedures, partnering closely with physicians, healthcare professionals and commercial teams to ensure excellent procedural outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance during Interventional Cardiology procedures in Hemodynamics.
- Develop deep knowledge of the division’s products, strategic therapies and clinical procedures.
- Support execution of monthly and quarterly territory plans.




- Collaborate with sales representatives, distributors, commission agents and other business partners to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, referral sources, purchasing personnel, insurance companies, opinion leaders and hospitals.
- Conduct regular visits to current and prospective customers.
- Support the planning and execution of product launches and account development strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare reports related to procedures, sales activities, inventory, historical information and account profiles.
- Provide excellent customer service and timely support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in training programs and continuously develop technical and product knowledge.
