The Plant Quality Manager has direct responsibility to foster a quality culture across his/her plant to meet or excel all customer requirements while meeting company business targets,



this responsibility includes maintaining quality production levels to meet customer requirements. Implement program in quality control and compliance.

- Ensure zero active escalations related to Q1 / STA, maintaining strict compliance with customer requirements and immediate response to risks.
- Ensure disciplined execution of problem-solving methodologies (8D), achieving: Strengthen the effectiveness of early containment actions (GP12 / Safe Launch) through active leadership and urgency, ensuring implementation within
