Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities: Lifecycle Strategy
- Develop and manage lifecycle marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Design customer journeys that improve customer experience and maximize lifetime value.
- Identify new opportunities to enhance customer engagement through behavioral insights and industry best practices.

Campaign Management
- Manage marketing calendars to ensure alignment with promotional activities, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven improvements to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Automation & Analytics
- Create and optimize automated workflows, including welcome sequences, abandoned cart campaigns, post-purchase communications, win-back campaigns, loyalty programs, product launches, and customer review requests.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve customer retention, engagement,



and revenue generation.

Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives, promotional strategies, and content planning.
- Translate business objectives into effective lifecycle marketing campaigns with mínimal supervision.
- Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, marketing automation, customer journeys, and lifecycle strategies.
- Experience conducting A/B testing, analyzing campaign performance, and implementing optimization strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Self-directed, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
