As a Strategic Sourcing Managerhere at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving the procurement strategy and supplier relationships to optimize costs, quality, and delivery performance for the NPI projects.

You will report directly to our Sr Director Strategic Sourcingand you’ll work out of our Monterrey, Mexicolocation on a Hybridwork schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company by driving cost savings, mitigating supply chain risks, and ensuring the availability of high-quality materials and services. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies to optimize supplier performance, reduce total cost of ownership, and improve overall supply chain efficiency. By leveraging market intelligence and conducting supplier evaluations, you will identify and onboard strategic suppliers to support business objectives.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Extensive experience (6+ years) in supplier management and Project management.
- Proficient in presentations and data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




- Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management

WE VALUE
- Master’s degree in business administration or supply chain management or any Engineering category
- Professional certifications in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPSM)
- Experience in a general sourcing environment and managing suppliers across different regions

- Lead team of Sourcing Specialists across Americas, EMEA and India.
- Coordinate with Sourcing COE teams and develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize costs, quality, and delivery performance for NPI projects
- Lead supplier cost, tooling and lead time negotiations and to ensure favorable terms and conditions
- Monitor NPI project status and coordinate with all functions across Global teams for successful launch of the proj
