The Recruiting Coordinator will have the following key responsibilities, which include but are not limited to:
Business Specific Responsibilities
- Contribute to and support Talent Acquisition operations projects and process improvement initiatives to improve business operations-
- Maintain talent pipelines aligned with ongoing and future hiring needs
- Send outreach messages consistent with established employer branding
- Review resumes to assess basic qualifications and role fit
- Coordinate and execute interview scheduling and logistics across stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and well-organized experience from scheduling through post-interview follow-up- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Track basic recruiting metrics and support reporting to recruiters and leaders
- Assist with job posting maintenance and offer coordination
- Provide backup support for core recruitment activities (e.g., sourcing, screening, and process coordination) as needed
- Work on projects that may be assigned on an ad hoc basis and may assist other corporate initiatives as necessary
