Job Description:
As a Regional Self-Service Coordinator, you will oversee the operation of the self-service channel within your assigned region, ensuring proper execution at the point of sale, team development, and the achievement of commercial objectives aligned with Divisional Management.:
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the implementation of commercial strategies, maintaining visibility, availability, and proper execution of the Meridian brand.:
- Supervise field activities of executives and advisors, validating performance and execution.:
- Manage key performance indicators (sell-out, coverage, execution) and ensure quota achievement.:
- Lead and develop a team of up to 130 advisors and 3-4 executives.:
- Coordinate recruitment efforts and strengthen talent retention, aiming to reduce turnover.:
- Report results and propose action plans to drive business growth.:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.:
- +3 years of experience in the self-service/retail channel.:




- Strong market knowledge and team management skills.:
- Advanced proficiency in Office/CRM tools and intermediate English:
