Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support via phone and/or chat.

Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and issue resolution.

Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems.

Follow established processes and service standards.

Meet performance, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements:
✔ High school diploma (required)

✔ Advanced conversational English (required)

✔ Minimum 6 months of customer service or call center experience preferred
