We’re seeking an experienced and capable Team Lead - Administration to provide hands-on Administrative leadership across the Wellness and Resilience Achieved Through Allied Health (WARATAH) program and other administratice functions within the Southern Portfolio.

This is a unique opportunity for a confident leader who can step into a well-established service, quickly build credibility with staff and stakeholders, and work closely with the Portfolio Manager to ensure services operate efficiently, effectively, and in line with contractual and organisational requirements. About the Role

As Team Lead, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the WARATAH program while providing leadership, coordination and oversight to administration support staff across the Southern Portfolio.

You will be responsible for maintaining strong operational performance, supporting staff to achieve outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping ensure services are responsive to community needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong day-to-day leadership to the WARATAH team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and achievement of program outcomes.
- Lead and support administration staff to deliver efficient, responsive and customer-focused services.
