- As a Commercial Finance Manager, you will be responsible for complying with company policies and procedures regarding the financial management of program price and margin forecasts.

Responsibilities:
- Work with sales teams to improve margins,



review volumes and commercial agreements as applicable.
- Manage pricing, reconciliation, and trade agreement activities.
- Collaborate with plants to develop the pricing and trade agreement file based on the budget and forecast.
- Collaborate with Operations to develop and support trade claims.
- Review Receivable balance accounts to determine the division's Free Cash Flow (FCF) position.
- Ensure compliance with and execution of all auditable financial procedures (SOX/FOA).

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.

Experience Requirements:
- Experience in maquiladora industry.
- 5+ years of experience in the field.
