Job Summary:
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add a Software Development Engineerlocated in Guadalajara, North Campus.

What a typical day looks like:
- Analyze test results and develop solutions for managing, storing, and visualizing data from manufacturing equipment.
- Participate in troubleshooting activities to identify and resolve issues related to test systems, hardware, software, and cross-platform communication.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and NPI teams to implement new solutions and engineering changes.- Contribute to the scalable implementation of technology solutions that generate value for internal and external customers.
- Adhere to Flex standards, methodologies, and best practices during the execution of all activities.





The experience we are looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Experience in software development for test and manufacturing systems.
- Programming proficiency in Python and/or C++.
- Hardware/software integration with test instruments and equipment.
- Database management and test result analysis.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting diagnostic and test systems.
- Advanced English proficiency.
