Job Summary

We are hiring a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 3+ years of B2B outbound sales experience, specifically within tech and SaaS environments. This remote SDR role is adecuado for someone who thrives in high-performance sales teams, excels at prospecting SaaS buyers, and consistently generates qualified pipeline.

You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by engaging decision-makers in B2B tech companies, identifying pain points, and positioning innovative SaaS solutions that solve real business challenges.

Key Responsibilities




- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting targeting B2B tech and SaaS companies via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Identify, qualify, and nurture SaaS-focused B2B leads into high-quality sales opportunities
- Book qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives within tech-driven sales cycles
- Research target accounts, including SaaS companies, startups, and enterprise tech firms, and map key decision-makers
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline progress using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine SaaS outreach messaging, ICP targeting, and campaign strategies
- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs, including calls, emails, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution
