We are looking for 4 experienced Senior Consultants to support a critical logistics and industrialization project for a major automotive client. This 6-month assignment (with possible extension) focuses on ensuring process stability, production ramp-up support, and OEE improvement for key suppliers to avoid supply shortages and safeguard production.
Responsibilities
- Ensure process stabilization and secure production capacity across logistics systems.
- Monitor industrialization progress and identify process bottlenecks.
- Support ramp-up production planning and supplier readiness toward SOP.
- Calculate and track OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness); identify main disruptors.
- Define corrective actions, assign responsible parties, and monitor implementation deadlines.
- Present daily performance indicators and reports to customer.
- Assist suppliers in planning and executing both temporary and permanent control measures.
- Track production volume versus OEM requirements and report deviations proactively.
- Support supplier failure management processes and provide structured problem-solving coaching.
- Be available for on-site shifts, including night shift coverage when necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven senior-level experience in the automotive industry
- VDA certification required
- Expertise in industrialization and technology transfer
- Deep knowledge in logistics and supply chain management
