Requirements
- Being 100% bilingual. Excellent verbal and written skills in English. You'll be servicing customers in both English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
- Experience in the call center-BPO industry preferred.
