Descripción
- Prepare and manage financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Monitor financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide financial insights and guidance.
- Implement and manage internal controls and financial processes.
- Support strategic decision-making with data-driven analysis.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.

Perfil buscado
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.




- 7+ years of experience leading accounting teams, ideally within the agroindustry or fresh produce sector.
- Strong experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and accounting under IFRS and US GAAP.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial controls.
- Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
- Advanced English and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
