Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Business Analyst Trainees who are eager to build a career in Business Analysis within the Banking and Financial Services domain. This opportunity is adecuado for recent graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who possess strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn functional business concepts.

Selected candidates will undergo an intensive training program focused on Business Analysis methodologies, banking operations, credit card/payment systems, and industry best practices before being considered for project opportunities. (Training of 10 weeks in Cognizant office in Guadalajara)

Key Responsibilities

Participate in a structured Business Analyst training program.

Learn Business Analysis fundamentals, including requirement gathering, documentation, process analysis,



and stakeholder communication.

Understand banking, payments, and credit card business processes.

Assist in documenting business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications.

Support process mapping, data analysis, and business documentation activities.

Collaborate with trainers, mentors, and team members throughout the learning program.

Develop knowledge of industry standards, business processes, and functional concepts.

Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and a continuous learning mindset.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

0–2 years of professional experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
