About the Company
based direct-to-consumer (DTC) wellness brand redefining the performance supplement space with innovative products designed for today's fitness-focused consumers. With a strong presence across Shopify, TikTok Shop, Instagram, and other social platforms, we're building a content-first brand fueled by creativity, community, and creator partnerships.
They're looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Part-Time Social Media Manager to take ownership of our organic social presence and help scale our brand across multiple platforms.

Part-Time: Approximately 15 hours per week
Fully Remote

As our Social Media Manager, you'll own the planning, execution, and day-to-day management of our social media channels while serving as one of the primary faces of the brand. In addition to developing content strategy and managing community engagement, you'll regularly appear in short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms.



You'll help bring the brand's personality to life by creating authentic, engaging, and trend-driven content that resonates with a U.S. social media culture, especially within fitness, wellness, and lifestyle communities, and enjoys taking initiative rather than waiting for direction.

Own and manage the content calendar across TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms.
Plan, schedule, publish, and optimize organic social content.
Edit and repurpose short-form video content from existing footage.
Brainstorm and pitch creative content ideas aligned with current trends.
Source, evaluate, and manage UGC creators and influencer partnerships.
Support the relaunch and ongoing management of our TikTok Shop affiliate program.
Track content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.
Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the founder and marketing team to execute
