General Description:

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the LATAM +Mexico sales strategy for the personal care ingredients portfolio
- Recruit, coach, and manage ateam of Business Development Executives; set targets and review pipelineperformance
- Own and grow relationships withkey strategic accounts across LATAM, including Mexico




- Forecast regional sales andreport on performance against targets to senior leadership
- Negotiate high-value supplyagreements and pricing structures
- Represent the company at seniorlevel at regional industry trade shows and conferences
- Liaise with manufacturing,R&D;, and regulatory teams (including HQ) to align supply with market demand

Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of B2B salesexperience, including at least 2 years in a leadership/management capacity
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry,Cosmetic Science, Business, or related field; advanced degree a plus
- Fluent Spanish and professionalworking English
- Proven track record of buildingand hitting regional revenue targets
- Strong people-management,coaching, and forecasting skills
- Based in or willing to relocateto Mexico City; able to work on-site
- Willingness to travel withinLATAM and internationally as needed
