Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:




- Proactively manage the customers’ needs and expectations by working directly with the client
- Executing and managing day-to-day Onboarding transactions including Pre-employment screening, Immigration & Relocation support and creating employment contracts
- Supporting continuously on employee experience throughout the Onboarding process
- Demonstrating high proficiency in Hiring processes, policies, and standard operating Models
- You will ensure timely communication, clear expectations, while maintaining strong operational and compliance standards.
- Overseeing the issuance of compliant employment offers, amendments, and related documentation across countries and worker types.
- You will identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and efficiency, implement improvements, and monitor outcomes to ensure sustained performance, knowledge capture, and continuous optimization.
