Position Summary:

Develop, implement and optimize manufacturing processes using radio frequency welding technologies (RF Welder) and automation systems, ensuring maximum efficiency, quality, safety and production capacity. Lead the technological standardization, technical training and improvement of product designs to facilitate automation and efficient manufacturing.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

RF Welder Technology Specialization
- Be the technical expert of the organization in RF Welder teams.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of radio frequency welding operating principles, controls, tooling and critical process parameters.
- Develop, validate and optimize welding parameters.
- Lead the solution of complex problems related to quality, productivity and performance of the teams.
