Job Summary
The Field Services Audio Visual Technician provides onsite technical support for conference room technologies collaboration platforms audio visual systems end user devices and workplace technology infrastructure. The role includes installation configuration troubleshooting maintenance and operational support of audio visual equipment. The technician ensures reliable technology performance excellent customer service and minimal disruption to business operations
Responsibilities
Drive end to end architecture for ServiceNow based solutions that align platform capabilities with strategic business objectives and long term technology roadmaps
Design scalable secure and resilient cloud architectures on the Now Platform that support complex workflows integrations and enterprise service management needs
Coordinate with cross functional teams to translate business requirements into detailed ServiceNow solution designs and implementation blueprints
Guide the definition of reusable ServiceNow architecture patterns and reference implementations that can be applied across multiple business domains and regions
Review solution proposals and technical designs to ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards security guidelines and regulatory constraints
Collaborate with product owners and process owners to prioritize platform capabilities and ensure that solution designs maximize value and user adoptionSupport employee on
