Job Overview

The Manufacturing Planner is responsible for production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and material flow management within a designated manufacturing area. This role ensures the availability of materials and production capacity to support on-time customer deliveries while optimizing inventory levels and manufacturing costs.

The Manufacturing Planner works closely with Production, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Customer Service, Quality, and Engineering teams to maintain an efficient production flow, support business objectives, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The role plays a critical part in meeting customer expectations by ensuring accurate planning, proactive issue resolution, and effective use of planning tools and systems.

What Your Background Should Look Like

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.




Equivalent combination of education and professional experience will be considered.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Production Planning, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, or a related field.
Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.

Project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
