Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Test Technician role based in Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, JAL. The Test Technician will perform functional and in-circuit testing of electronic assemblies, using a variety of test equipment to verify product performance and quality. Daily tasks include setting up test stations,



executing test procedures, recording and analyzing results, and identifying and troubleshooting faults or nonconformities. The role also involves performing basic calibration checks, assisting with root cause analysis, and collaborating with production and engineering teams to resolve issues efficiently. The Test Technician will follow safety and quality standards, maintain accurate documentation, and support continuous improvement of testing processes.
Qualifications

Hands-on skills in soldering and basic assembly of electronic components.
ICT in-line /FVTs
Preventive Maintenanace of test equipment / ict fixtures.
RF Test station support
Strong troubleshooting abilities and diagnostic skills for electronic and electro-mechanical systems.
Experience using test equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, ICT fixtures) and following test procedures.
Knowledge of calibration practices for test inst
