Join Our Global Technology Company – Customer Service & Logistics Executive (Hybrid – Cuernavaca, Morales, Mexico)

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned Telecom customers across LATAM.
Manage customer orders throughout the entire order lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and proactive communication.
Coordinate domestic and international shipments from Mexico and Asia to customers across Mexico and Latin America.
Monitor logistics operations, carriers, customs brokers, and freight providers to ensure service quality and cost efficiency.
Prepare and validate import/export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs documentation.
Track shipments end-to-end, resolve logistics issues, and monitor KPIs such as OTIF, lead time, logistics costs, and supplier performance.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, Planning, Logistics, and Quality teams to ensure operational excellence.
Manage customer complaints and coordinate quality-related issues with the General Quality team.




Generate production status reports and provide regular updates to the Sales team.
Support product configuration activities together with the PLM team and ensure technical documentation is correctly shared with manufacturing sites.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or Higher Vocational Training in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in Logistics, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Operations.
Experience coordinating international shipments, import/export documentation, or logistics operations is highly desirable.
Experience working with ERP/CRM platforms such as Navision, Salesforce, Jira, or PLM is a plus.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Spanish and English proficiency.
