At Versalis, we are looking for an Operations & Sales Manager (Oilfield Chemicals) within Versalis Mexico in Villahermosa. You will be the primary reference for all Versalis customers and ultimately responsible for the Versalis Mexico field chemicals business, covering both operational support (plant start ups, new product field trials, assessing the performance of chemical treatments, assessing the performance of sub-contractors) as well as sales and business development responsibilities. You will report to the Specialty Oilfield Chemicals Unit Manager who will provide additional support in terms of mobilising additional resources needed or from a technical perspective.

Main Responsibilities
Supervise chemical treatments and associated services/resources for Versalis clients.
Manage service requests with subcontractors and coordinate their activities accordingly, including validating and drafting project reports.
Be the direct interface with Versalis customers across the region, managing queries related to technical questions, product performance issues, price quotes, contracts, and logistics.
