Mission of the role:

The Finance Sphere Project Lead is responsible for leading, coordinating, and executing the implementation of the Sphere Program within GBS Mexico, ensuring adoption of integral process standards and alignment with Global Process Owners (GPOs). This role is hands ‑ on and drives the end ‑ to ‑ end execution of project activities,



working closely with local operational teams, GBS stakeholders, and global GPO communities to ensure readiness, deployment, stabilization, and continuous improvement of the Sphere model. The purpose of the role is to enable the successful transition to standardized global processes, ensure operational continuity, mitigate risks, and build the necessary capabilities within local teams to operate under the Sphere framework.

Your impact:

As Finance Sphere Project Lead you will directly contribute to the objectives of the area by participating in key activities such as:

Project Portfolio Leadership & Execution (Hands-On Implementation)
Lead day-to-day implementation of the project portfolio, specially the Sphere program activities in close collaboration with the GPO teams.
Coordinate and execute process mapping, gap assessments, data collection, UAT, and deployment activities.
