As the Chief AI Solution Engineer, you will evaluate and roll out AI-assisted tooling, automation, and safe usage standards across IDEs and CI/CD, partnering closely with DevOps and engineering leads. Responsibilities
Research, assess,



and roll out AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, specialized code LLMs, and internal AI utilities for both front-end and back-end developers
Design and automate AI-enabled software lifecycle workflows, including automated unit test generation, documentation generation, schema translations, pull-request summaries, and code-review assistance
Partner with DevOps to embed AI-driven analysis, automated bug detection, and linting tools into CI/CD pipelines to surface vulnerabilities and structural flaws early
Serve as an internal consultant and evangelist by running workshops, producing prompt engineering guidelines for software developers, and setting best practices for safe, ethical, and effective AI usage
Track, quantify, and communicate developer velocity and efficiency gains from AI initiatives, including lead time, coding speed, and team sentiment changes
