We are seeking a Chief-level AI Solution Engineering leader to embed AI into everyday software development workflows and tooling across front-end and back-end teams. Responsibilities
Define AI enablement strategy to improve engineering productivity across front-end and back-end teams




Evaluate and deploy AI-assisted development tools for IDEs, code generation, and workflow acceleration
Design agentic workflows to automate repetitive engineering tasks and reduce developer friction
Automate SDLC processes such as unit test generation, documentation generation, and PR summaries
Integrate AI-driven checks into CI/CD pipelines to detect bugs, vulnerabilities, and structural issues earlier
Create prompt engineering guidelines and best practices for safe, effective AI usage in development
Lead workshops and coaching sessions to upskill engineers on AI-assisted software development
Collaborate with DevOps to standardize AI tooling across pipelines and developer environments
Measure developer velocity and efficiency gains using delivery metrics and team feedback
Report outcomes and recommend iterative improvements based on data and engineering needs
