We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. In this position, you will serve as a vital link between business needs and technical solutions throughout the software development lifecycle. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you will help drive high-quality delivery and thorough validation of business requirements.
Responsibilities
Grasp and adjust to the working process based on the software development lifecycle applied in the project, whether Waterfall, Agile, or RUP




Review and interpret input documents such as use cases and functional specifications tied to the selected software development lifecycle
Detect and record functional gaps within input documentation, including use cases, requirements, and functional specifications
Construct a test matrix to guarantee complete traceability between requirements and test coverage
Determine relevant test scenarios aligned with the project's functional scope
Prepare test cases for specific features and project deliverables
Run test cases within the timelines and cycles established by the project
Report defects without delay, document them following project standards, and monitor them through to resolution
Recommend enhancements to functional testing processes based on findings and observations
Communicate test metrics to provide clear insight into quality and project progress
