Pre-Construction Coordinator
Location: SPGG, Mexico (On-site)
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and interested in supporting large construction projects before they break ground? We’re looking for a Pre-Construction Coordinator to support bidding, vendor communication, document control, procurement tracking, and project handoffs for U.S. commercial and multifamily developments.

What You'll Do
Coordinate day-to-day budgeting, bidding, estimating, procurement, and project turnover activities.
Prepare and manage bid packages, drawings, specifications, addenda, proposals, and project records.
Request hard bids and follow up with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors on pricing, prequalification, scope clarifications, and pending documents.
Support bid leveling, scope comparisons, bid tabulations, and proposal reviews, identifying pricing gaps, exclusions, incomplete scopes, and inconsistencies.
Track bid deadlines, scheduling updates, action items, long-lead materials, and procurement concerns.
Support proposals, scope exhibits, contract documentation, project startup,



and the transfer of key information to Operations.
Coordinate communication among internal teams, clients, design teams, subcontractors, and vendors while ensuring process and bid compliance.

What We're Looking For
3+ yrs of experience in procurement, purchasing, or inventory coordination, preferably within the construction industry.
Basic understanding of construction methods and materials.
Experience coordinating vendors, documentation, pricing, and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong organization, accuracy, communication, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
English Level: Strong Conversational English proficiency (B2+ or higher)
