We are in search of a highly skilled Lead JavaScript Developer who is enthusiastic about creating rich, responsive web and hybrid-mobile applications.
In this position, you will apply your deep knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js to deliver fast-loading, SEO-optimized, and mobile-first user interfaces. Your focus will be on building outstanding web experiences that feel like native mobile apps, fine-tuning performance across both desktop and mobile web browsers, including iOS Safari.



Collaborating closely with backend engineers, UX designers, and product owners, you will turn interactive designs into clean, modular, and reusable front-end code.
Responsibilities
Architect and develop high-performing, responsive web applications using React and Next.js, taking advantage of capabilities such as SSR, SSG, and API routes
Bring pixel-perfect, mobile-first designs to life that adjust smoothly across various devices, with special emphasis on refining layouts, animations, and touch interactions for mobile viewports, including iOS/Android browsers
Handle sophisticated client-side state management using tools like Redux, Zustand, or Context API
Connect applications to backend RESTful or GraphQL APIs
Analyze and enhance application performance to achieve fast load times, strong Core Web Vitals results, and smooth rendering on less powerful mobile devices
