We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in bridging business needs and technical solutions across the software development lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery and effective validation of business requirements.
Responsibilities
Understand and adapt to the work process according to the software development lifecycle used in the project, whether Waterfall, Agile, or RUP




Analyze and interpret input documents such as use cases and functional specifications aligned with the chosen software development lifecycle
Identify and document functional gaps within input documentation, including use cases, requirements, and functional specifications
Build a test matrix to ensure full traceability between requirements and test coverage
Identify relevant test scenarios based on the project's functional scope
Develop test cases for specific functionalities and project deliverables
Execute test cases within the timelines and cycles defined by the project
Report defects promptly, document them according to project standards, and follow up until resolution
Suggest improvements to functional testing processes based on observations and analysis
Report test metrics to provide visibility into quality and project progress
Requirements
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
