We are looking for a pioneering Lead AI Solution Engineer to join our engineering organization. In this role, your primary objective is to supercharge the productivity and development lifecycle of both our Front-End and Back-End engineering teams. Rather than writing product features, you will focus on analyzing engineering workflows and systematically integrating Artificial Intelligence into daily development processes, tooling and pipelines.



You will act as the resident expert in AI-assisted software development, experimenting with and implementing cutting-edge generative AI models, code assistants, automated testing generators and agentic workflows, working to reduce developer friction, automate repetitive tasks and accelerate time-to-market.
Responsibilities
Research, evaluate and deploy state-of-the-art AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, specialized code LLMs and internal AI utilities to both front-end and back-end developers
Design and automate software lifecycle processes using AI, including automated unit test generation, documentation generation, schema translations, pull-request summaries and code-review assistance
Collaborate with DevOps to integrate AI-driven analysis and automated bug detection and linting tools directly into CI/CD pipelines to catch vulnerabilities and structural flaws early
