We are searching for an accomplished Lead JavaScript Full-Stack Developer with profound expertise and passion for engineering rich, responsive web and hybrid-mobile applications at scale. In this role, you'll leverage your mastery of JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js to define technical vision, lead engineering teams, and deliver fast, SEO-friendly, and mobile-first user interfaces that set the benchmark across the entire organization.




You'll own the design of outstanding web experiences that look and feel like native mobile apps, defining performance optimization strategies for both desktop and mobile web view browsers (including iOS Safari). Partnering closely with backend leads, UX designers, product owners, and engineering management, you'll translate complex interactive designs into elegant, modular, and reusable front-end architectures — while building, coaching, and scaling a high-performing team of engineers and championing best practices across the department.
